1. Basic Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) regulate the rights and obligations between the Seller and the Buyer when purchasing through the electronic commerce system www.tepache.eu (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), operated by:

2. Definition of Basic Terms

“Buyer” means a natural person registered in the Seller’s electronic database who, after authorization, has submitted an electronic order (hereinafter referred to as the “Order”). The Buyer must provide truthful and accurate information in the registration form.

“Recipient” means the natural person designated by the Buyer in the Order to receive the subject of the Order at the address specified in the registration form as the place of delivery (hereinafter referred to as the “Delivery Address”).

“Seller” means the operator:

“Order” means a completed and submitted electronic order form containing information about the Buyer and/or Recipient (if different from the Buyer), the ordered goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Goods”) from the store’s offer, and the price of the Goods and services.

“Item” means any Goods from the product catalog. An Order may contain multiple Items, and each Item may be ordered in different quantities.

3. Price of Goods and Services

3.1 All prices of Goods listed on the Website include value added tax (VAT) in accordance with applicable legal regulations. The price includes delivery within Bratislava. Delivery prices outside Bratislava are listed in a separate price list.

3.2 After acceptance and payment of the Order, the price of the ordered Goods is binding for both the Buyer and the Seller.

3.3 The Seller may change the price of Goods before Order confirmation if there are changes in legislation, exchange rates, significant inflation, manufacturer or supplier prices, or if an error in pricing is discovered.

3.4 Prices on the Website may change continuously depending on offers from business partners and suppliers.

3.5 If the charged price of delivered Goods is higher than the price listed on the Website, the Buyer has the right to refuse the purchase upon delivery.

3.6 The final Order price includes Goods and delivery. The operator is not a VAT payer.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Orders are paid directly on www.tepache.eu by debit or credit card (MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Diners Club) via a payment gateway.

4.2 Proof of payment is an electronic invoice containing all legally required information.

5. Order

5.1 The Buyer creates a shopping list and orders Goods accordingly.

5.2 The Order is submitted by clicking the button “Order with obligation to pay.” The Seller confirms the paid Order by sending confirmation to the Buyer’s email.

5.3 Orders can be placed 24/7.

5.4 The Seller delivers within 12–48 hours on working days. No deliveries on non-working days.

5.5 Dimensions, weight, and other product data are provided by the manufacturer and may differ from reality.

5.6 Only the product selection based on description is binding; visuals and images are for informational purposes only.

5.7 A paid Order may be canceled by email at objednavky@ananas.wtf or by phone/SMS at +421 907 848 031, stating the Order number, no later than the following day after ordering, by 6:00 AM.

5.8 If ordered Goods are unavailable, the Seller may offer a substitute product with similar characteristics or the same price.

6. Delivery Terms

6.1 Goods will be delivered to the Delivery Address.

6.2 The place of delivery is the address specified by the Buyer.

6.3 The Buyer may authorize another person to receive the Order. If neither the Buyer nor an authorized person is present, the Seller will contact the Buyer to arrange a new delivery time. If delivery is not possible that day, Goods will be stored and collected by agreement.

6.4 Delivery means transport to the first lockable door of the building. If access is restricted (e.g., gated community), the Buyer must ensure access. The Seller is not responsible for non-delivery due to lack of access.

6.5 In case of bad weather or complications, delivery may be adjusted. If significantly delayed, the Seller will inform the Buyer.

6.6 If delivery fails due to the Buyer’s fault, the Seller has the right to compensation.

6.7 The purchase contract is concluded upon receipt of the Goods. Refusal to accept delivery does not constitute withdrawal from the contract.

6.8 Ownership transfers to the Buyer upon payment and receipt.

6.9 Upon delivery, the Buyer may inspect the Goods for quantity and quality.

6.10 The Seller may refuse future delivery to Buyers who previously failed to accept delivery.

7. Withdrawal from the Contract

7.1 The Buyer cannot withdraw from contracts involving perishable Goods or Goods subject to rapid deterioration (e.g., fresh food) in accordance with §7(6)(d).

8. Rights and Obligations of the Buyer

8.1 The Buyer is responsible for keeping their personal and delivery information accurate and up to date.

8.2 The Buyer must be available to receive the Order.

8.3 The Buyer must provide correct delivery details and pay the full Order price.

8.4 The Buyer has the right to request deletion of personal data. The Seller must delete the data within 7 days, except for data required for accounting and legal archiving purposes.

9. Rights and Obligations of the Seller

9.1 The Seller must process Orders, dispatch and deliver available Goods, and delete personal data upon written request.

9.2 The Seller may unilaterally change these Terms and all prices without prior notice. Changes become binding upon publication on the Website.

10. Copyright and Licenses

10.1 The name “tepache.eu,” logos, graphics, trademarks, and related intellectual property may not be used except as permitted by these Terms.

10.2 All other trademarks and logos belong to their lawful owners.

10.3 All content, including graphics, text, design, and software, is owned by the Seller. Permission is granted only for viewing, electronic copying, and printing for Order purposes.

10.4 Any other use (modification, distribution, copying) without prior consent is prohibited. Downloading materials does not transfer ownership rights.

11. Complaints Policy

11.1 The Buyer may file a complaint within 24 hours. A photo must be sent to +421 907 848 031 including name, surname, and address.

11.2 If the complaint is accepted, the Buyer may choose:

a) Delivery of new Goods within 24 hours

b) A voucher equal to the value of the Goods

c) Withdrawal from the contract and refund

12. Alternative Dispute Resolution

12.1 If the Buyer is not satisfied with complaint resolution, they may initiate alternative dispute resolution (ADR) through the Slovak Trade Inspection (www.soi.sk).

13. Final Provisions

13.1 These Terms govern rights and obligations when shopping through the online store ananas.wtf.

13.2 Matters not covered are governed by Slovak law, especially Act No. 102/2014 Coll., Act No. 250/2007 Coll., the Civil Code (Act No. 40/1964 Coll.), and related regulations.

13.3 These Terms are published on www.tepache.eu.
